Booking Conditions:
50% deposit is required to secure the reservations and the balance of the payment is required 14 days prior to the arrival date.

To avoid any cancellation penalty reservations MUST be cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date in Winter (17th Dec to 16th May) and 7 days in Summer (17th May to 16th Dec). If bookings are cancelled within the cancellation period the total amount of the deposit is non refundable (forfeited). No show reservations, the cancellation penalty applies.
