Booking Conditions:
Deposit: A 3 night deposit will be required to secure the reservation. Where a reservation is for less than seven (7) nights full pre-payment is required.

Cancellation: The deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled with 28 days of arrival in winter or 14 days in summer.

Christmas: Minimum stay 10 nights between Dec 21st and Jan 06th.
