Booking Conditions:
Deposit Policy:

A deposit of 1 night is required during
Summer. A deposit of 7 nights is required
during Winter.

Cancellation Policy:

Winter: "No Shows" and cancellation within
thirty (30) days of arrival, a charge of seven
nights room rate will be imposed. In the
case of early checkouts, the seven night
deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of
a confirmed reservation.

Summer: "No Shows" and cancellation within
fourteen (14) days of arrival, a charge of
one (1) night deposit is applied to any
cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.

For both Winter and Summer, if
accommodation is re-let for the full period
of the bookings, there will be no cancellation
charge.

No minimum stay requirements except for
Christmas, between
19 th December & 5th January, when a 14
night minimum stay is required.

No children under 12 from Jan 6 - March 27,
2010.

Black tie is requested for Dinner on
Chrsitmas Night and New Years Eve.
However, the dress code throughout the rest
of the year is elegantly casual.
