Booking Conditions:
PAYMENT POLICY
(a) A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival in Winter and 30 days prior to arrival in Summer.

(b) During Winter cancellations within 45-60 days will be charged 25% of rental. Within 45 days or less, 100%. During Summer, within 15-30 days will be charged 25% of rental; 15 days or less, 100%. "No shows" will be charged 100% of rental during both winter and summer.
