Minimum stay:
Christmas & New Years 7 nights

A deposit of 3 nights is required to confirm on stays 3 nights or more. For long stays (4 weeks or more) a 7 night deposit is required.

Deposits will be fully refunded if cancellations are made 14 days prior to arrival in the summer and 21 days in the winter.
