A three night deposit is required to confirm reservations
There will be no penalty if a cancellation is made during the fourteen day period after
your booking except for your three night reservation deposit which will be deemed non-refundable.

If a cancellation is made after the fourteen day grace period,
a penalty of 50% of the total cost of your accommodation will be charged.

Should a cancellation be made on the day of arrival, the full cost of accommodation reserved will be charged.

Cancellations and changes made after check-in date are subject to 100% penalty.

No shows are subject to 100% penalty
