Booking Conditions:
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. We do not hold rooms without a deposit. Winter requires a 5 night deposit, Summer requires a 3 night deposit. We accept VISA, MasterCard, & Discovery.
CANCELLATION POLICY WINTER - No refund of deposit if cancellation is received 30-45 days prior to arrival and there is a 50% charge of total stay for cancellations 29 days or less prior to arrival. SUMMER No deposit refund for cancellations 14-8 days prior to arrival if hotel is fully booked, if there is availability for the dates you are booked refund of deposit up to 48 days before arrival, no refund if cancel less than 48 hours before arrival or for "no shows" or early departures are charged 50% of total stay.
