Booking Conditions:
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. We do not hold rooms without a deposit. Winter requires a 5 night deposit, Summer requires a 3 night deposit. We accept VISA, MasterCard, & Discovery.
CANCELLATION POLICY WINTER - No refund of deposit if cancellation is received 30-45 days prior to arrival and there is a 50% charge of total stay for cancellations 29 days or less prior to arrival. SUMMER No deposit refund for cancellations 14-8 days prior to arrival and there is a 50% charge of total stay if cancel 7 days or less prior to arrival. "no shows" or early departures are charged 75% of total stay.
