Booking Conditions:
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. We do not hold rooms without a deposit. Winter requires a 5 night deposit. Summer requires a 3 night deposit.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

ACCOMMODATION TO BE SETTLED IN FULL ON ARRIVAL.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WINTER - A 5 night room rate charge will be imposed in cases of cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival. In the case of early check outs and early departures, the full charge will be applied to cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUMMER - A 3 night room rate charge will be imposed in cases of cancellations received 8 days or less prior to arrival. In the case of early check outs and early departures, the full charge will be applied to cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.

In the case of NO SHOWS, the full charge will be applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmation reservation.

CHILD POLICY - Guests 13 years and up are classified as adults and are subject to USD$40.00 rate on supplied folding bed. One child aged 12 years and under free on supplied folding bed when sharing with two (2) adults.

Crib/Playpen Rental USD$5.00

Children under 18 years cannot occupy a room alone.
