Booking Conditions:
SHORT TERM RENTALS: (Minimum stay 5 Nights)
Deposit of one night required. Deposit is not refundable if
cancelled with 3 days of arrival in summer and 5 days in
winter. 50% refunded if cancelled within 14 days of
arrival, 90% refunded if cancelled 15 days or more.
Accommodation to be settled in full on arrival.

10% Discount for Caricom Residents on short term


LONG TERM RENTALS: (Minimum stay two months or
more , for companies and individuals on contract.)

A Deposit of one months rent to be paid on booking the
apartment .This is returned to the lessee on contract
termination,providing that the apartment is left in the
condition in which it was found i.e- without damages to
the interior and fixtures. .Long term rates are paid
monthly, exclusive of utilities i.e. Cable television,
Telephone, Water and Electricity.

SMOKING POLICY
Please note that smoking is not
allowed in any of the apartments
and should be restricted to open
areas only.Should you choose to
smoke in your apartment, a
cleaning charge of US$200 will be
applied to your bill.
